Liberty’s Kids (which is also distributed by them) was announced to air on Qubo in 2013, but just like Busytown Mysteries, it never aired due to CBS owning the broadcast rights at the time.The Busy World of Richard Scarry soon premiered on Qubo Channel in 2013. Cookie Jar TV was subsequently replaced with CBS Dream Team a week later. The show continued to air on the block until September 21, 2013. As a result, the show instead premiered in 2009, when the block was reformatted as Cookie Jar TV. ![]() However, this never happened due to Cookie Jar Entertainment's purchase of DiC Entertainment in July 2008, which ultimately led to the former owning the latter's CBS Saturday morning block KEWLopolis.
